First rate company. I had problems with several Windows which other companies had told me need to be replaced. The Window Doctor managed to repair them all to get them into \as good as new\ working condition at a fraction of the cost of replacing them. Could not recommend this company highly enough. 5 Star Company

Great service and really pleasant people.
A nightmare. Major conservatory leaks - I had a lake on my newly laid wooden floors (they built it from scratch) and told it was a roofing problem (they had already supposedly sorted 2 leaks in the same place previously). My roofer had to fix lead flashing as there was no sealing between the house and the conservatory. Had to pay for an electrician twice (once as an emergency callout to make safe live sockets which were sparking and again to replace the sockets once my roofer fixed the flashing) and had to pay for my roofer - who was horrified there was no sealing - to fix lead flashing. Got nowhere on the phone - told they would only be responsible for the guttering not the roof join - so sent a formal complaint by email (attaching photos of the leak and the repair) asking for recompense over 2 months ago. This has been ignored. Will be speaking to trading standards about this company.
