I use the post office very often and it does get very busy but all of the staff are excellent, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very efficient.

One member of staff serving on a busy Saturday with one more just counting cash and stamps at a 'position closed' sign. Proper love standing in a queue at a post office for 35 minutes on a weekend, me like. Won't be using this branch again.
Very friendly and helpful people in here who helped me to change my car tax over to disabled tax, they did all the paperwork for me and explained everything that I needed to know. First class customer care ;)
