Eye Sees

The contact worker who monitors my daughter and her dad's sessions wrote blatant shocking lies about me. Thankfully I had an unbiased witness around as evidence to prove what she wrote were lies. Will be making a formal complaint and taking legal action when I can. If this contact staff member wrote blatant lies about me then I wouldnt like to think about how many other children in their families' care she has jeopardised.

Absolutely no help. Environmental health came to check on property which is in utter disrepair, and was of no help. Lots of problems, and nothing came of it. I guess I will have to continue to see outside in the dark, and brush my teeth in the bath! Rogue landlord who does no repairs is not reprimanded. Garbage

Extremely poor service and customer service. Waited nearly 1 hour on phone and couldn't get through. On the online chat the person kept me waiting for 20 minutes, then they said I had to wait over an hour for them to get in touch with someone from the Council that deals with Council Tax. They don't seem to be bothered about their customers, and only seem interested in raking in the high Council Taxes we have to pay. It's no wonder more people are leaving the area as it is still so deprived. Redcar and Cleveland Council are the worse Council in England!
