They should be called unhelpful banking. Staff that don't know what they are doing, long ques and charging me 152 pounds back in 2009, claiming that a cheque failed to clear 4 times. I therefore closed my account and never banked with NatWest again. At least when I complained to the financial ombudsman service I got my money back.
Lovely bank, personal and trustworthy. The staff are genuinely caring and don't treat you like just another face in the crowd.
