Ravenscar surgery is a disgrace there not interested in patients or their health at all, there only concern is budget and how much you cost the surgery. The staff with the exception of 1 or 2 are so rude, unhelpful the staff show no compassion. I would not recommend this practice at all.

My family have been with Dr Boyd's practice (and her predecessors surgeries) for over 40 years. The friendly, approachable, totally professional, highly dedicated and caring service is outstanding. Appointments can be made easily and quickly, you can often get one on the same day you phone in which is fantastic. Dr Boyd and all her team of medical and practice staff are second to none in our opinion always giving the very highest standards of quality and care.
So much easier than most surgeries to get an appointment. Dr Boyd is a caring understanding person.
One of the nurse practitioners is absolutely vile no compassion more interested in statistics and making profit
