My bank stopped a redbox transaction back in 2018 & my card hasn't worked there since. My card was active & never low on funds during that time. After talking with 2 redbox customer service reps & 1 supervisor for about an hour, they still won't allow my card to be used. Their solution was to use a different card. They said it's not possible to reactivate a card in their system once it's deactivated. Yeah, I'm not going to get another card just to use their service. Redbox, you lost this customer for good.
