Love drive up pick up! The employee was out to my car within a minute or two. Super easy and excellent customer service!
The convenience factor is great. I'd just change the need to directly interact with the pickup person (the bar code scan) if possible. Also a little frustrated about the selection at my local store, and the inability to get things that are at other stores - I'd be willing to wait for a store-to-store transfer!
