Tech was able to come out the next morning, diagnose & fix my problem. Prompt, courteous service. Even patiently allowed me to watch & learn about my furnace blower. Very knowledgeable.
The tech was awesome- he's come out for three different appliances over the last couple years, and does a great job.
Fairly small quilting area. Able to use coupon on a Creative Grids ruler, so good place to go if you have a coupon and they have the ruler you want. Base prices a little high, though.
We had freezing rain, no travel advised, everything's ice covered. The technician got as close as he could then walked 5 blocks to get here. He had to walk in the snow as the sidewalks were too slippery.
