A small town business, and established decades ago. We were so grateful that they went out of their way to make sure we could get squeezed in. We drive the mileage, because it's worth being treated like family. Struss beat out everyone in the Twin Cities, who we contacted, with price. We love the drive down to Red Wing, it feels so much more relaxing to shop in the smaller towns. The customer service has always been FANTASTIC. These small businesses are the bread and butter of America, and we MUST support them. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Horrible customer service and experience! With unprofessional and inappropriate manners and no consideration to patents’ medical history or needs. Go some place else where professionals has basic knowledge & passion for their job also who show great manners patience compassion and know the difference between glass frames ‘fitting’ and ‘liking’. So you don’t have to stress and worry about them staff or so-called owner keep telling you how ‘you don’t like the frames’ when it’s simply ‘not fitting’ right. You will not find such understanding at this small and very judgmental family owned business place. Your voice will not count and will not be heard. Unless you enjoy being interrupted constantly and argumentative staff & mngnt
