Scott and Pete are the only 2 people who I like to deal with, everyone else who answers the phone at the calling center in redwing are extremely rude and treat you like a prison inmate... at one point I faxed my dmv records to the DDP like we were supposed to back then so I wouldn't get on revocation status and get kicked outta program, and the woman working forgot to submit it to the DMV or something, after 2 weeks i got a letter saying im revocated, so I reached out to DDP and the woman specifically told me that it wasnt sent over and it was an honest mistake so i had to pay the re entry fee and take the class again.... was a pain!!!... but scott took care of it for me and got me my license back, but was bogus I had to pay for their mistake... but in the end im happy to have my License... thanks scott and pete for being more professional than the office staff.... DO NOT DEAL WITH TONY!! HE IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

This program is great I paid my last payment today and very happy to be back on the road. I live in a rual area in minnesota and they were still able to help me. I feel like if you pay your payments and stick to the rules it really does work. Even if you miss a payment they will remind you with a letter in the mail and you can call if you don't have the full payment they will let you pay what you can . Well that's what they did for me. When I called my call was always returned or someone was there to answer. One thing I did not like was the person they recommend for insurance it was a very bad experience and they were always confused not organized and felt like they overcharged me. But ddp itself was Great choosing that insurance man was a choice you can go to someone else I wouldn't recommend him. Thanks again ddp.

I am so blessed to have found this program, I walked in the class and was greeted with a smile. The information was very helpful, did everything they asked of me and they even helped me when I couldn't find the right information they where requesting. They always go up and beyond to make sure I am making my monthly payments and will even give a reminder if I am late, they really will work with you during hard times. I love the whole team Tony has working with him. I appreciate the Drivers Diversion Program for getting me back on the road .

For those that absolutely need to use this program I understand, but for those who have the ability to avoid this driving program I greatly urge you to avoid this AT ALL COSTS. this is the most illegitimate program I have ever used. They take no initiative to help in any way. I was accepted into this program for 100 at first then another 100 payment in the class, gave them all the correct information and was told a yellow sheet that was needed to get my license back was sent out, still over half a year later I have yet to receive said paper. now I had to re-enroll which was 150 for the second time and got all things processed and correct for which cost another 100 to get started. NOW after 3 times of information being sent from my insurance company to THEM, they still are telling me they have not received this information which is absolutely impossible. so all in all 450 later and I have still gotten NO WHERE with them and already they have taken about half of what I owed in total and not one sent has gone towards what I owe, next step is legal action unfortunately. MUCH MORE OF A HEADACHE, be VERY weary when about to make any dealings with this place. If it was possible to give -stars I would. BUYER BEWARE.
