Red Smoke BBQ should be in your rotation. It's very much in mine now. I love good pork shoulder and was not disappointed! They have 4 different BBQ sauces to choose from. I forget the names, but the sweet one with brown suger is really good. Tried 2 other (not the spicy, not my thing) but mostly went with the sweeter sauce. My wife enjoyed her chicken. Looking forward to future visits to explore more of the menu. I don't drink but the Mrs enjoyed hers. Parking is a chich, Greektown parking garage, less than a block walk from the garage elevators! It's located on Monroe essentially under the Skywalk to the casino. Awesome atmosphere, I enjoyed sitting outside, made a few friends, it's a good time right in the thick of Greektown. Right across from the old trappers ally for the old timers what are you waiting for? Go get some grub!

Honeeeey you guys did not disappoint and did not come to play okay! Everything was very delicious and flavorful. Would I change anything? Yes. I’d add a dash of salt. Literally a dash. Would you come back? Heck yea! The jalapeño corn muffin will pull you back for sure. *Disclaimer* this review was made within a few minutes of me finishing my food in my car in a McDonald’s parking lot. Now that’s living.
This place is incredible! It's chic and modern, and yet has that backyard barbecue taste. There are so many combo dishes (which I highly recommend) that it would take you years to really try all. The sauces, you can easily tell are house crafted. They are truly delicious and found myself trying to figure out which sauce pairs with which meat. It made it so much fun! The house made barbecue chips as an appetizer are a MUST-HAVE! You can tell that this is to be a staple in Michigan BBQ. The Cherry Molasses truly reflected that.
Ridiculous absolutely some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had and it was delivered. prepared to perfection all of the flavor you would expect from a southern smokehouse. I have been in downtown Detroit for six years shame on me for not knowing about this great food.
Great food! Friendly atmosphere. Can't wait for the project upstairs to be finished.
