I have been to this location twice without the best final product of food. First time at Superbowl Sunday and yesterday in the snow storm. The food on Superbowl Sunday was unseasoned and not cooked well. Yesterday the order was completely wrong. As well as Management chose in the middle of the storm to turn away lots of people with walk-in orders. What was bad about this is that they were only one of maybe 2 restaurants open in an area where people had no power. So people are just trying to find places to eat. I cannot complain about there customer service they are kind and respectful to customers. But food quality is important so people continue to return.

I wish there was an option for a zero star. I ordered online and was told to pick up in 20 minutes. So my husband and I decided to leave the house after those 20 minutes and our drive to the wing stop is 15 minutes. We get there a huge line was in front of us. Once it was our turn the cashier told us our order hasn’t even been made yet. So we waited. Mean while we were waiting one of the customer had gotten her order and it was wrong the first time she asked nicely to remake her order since she’s already payed and made her wait about 15 more minutes. Finally she got her order and was wrong once again so she deceived to get her money back. Then 2 more customers went ahead and left since they hadn’t paid for it yet due to the wait. About 30 minutes had passed by and we asked for our order the cashier said just 5 more minutes. We finally got our order. So in total we waited about 1 hr and 45 minutes for our food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t understand bc they had about 8 employees working! And to put the cherry on top they charged us TWICE ! NEVER Again will we be ordering from the Red Oak location! I much rather drive to Waxahachie and waist my gas !
This location needs more training and horrible with timing always expect to wait an hour. I’ve rather drive down to the Waxahachie location superior service and food quality.
Disgusted. I called the store to let them know this happened and the lady said that I had to bring the whole order back in order to receive the refund. If I would’ve known my chicken wasn’t cooked i wouldn’t of ate the order at all. I am now worrying that I may get sick. Midway eating my food I realized the tenders weren’t cooked. I am extremely upset of this matter. DONT come here for their disgusting uncooked tenders.
