Have had 3 separate experiences here giving it 4 stars because of the enthusiastic service the first time vs the nonchalant service I got the 2nd time , plus the salt shaker was broken and poured out waaaay to much salt and when I mentioned it. It was as if it didn't happen at all. then came the very... Hurry Up.... service I got the last visit to this Subway. If I could give it 3 1/2 stars I would. Service is important, You don't rush customers on their choices, and make them feel as if the whole process is an Inconvenience.I actually drive past a Subway to get to this one, so next trip I believe I will stop at the other Subway. Service and allowing customers to talk, ask questions and choose is important, a smile is important. Even behind a mask you can tell. Otherwise we might as well have robots behind the counter. Don't mean to be rude but that has been my experiences.
