Good customer service, low wait times even when busy. The employees know what is in/out of stock without having to check and will get items from the back/coolers without the \do I have to\ look that people tend to give.

I went inside of the store, I wanted to fill up on gas. I had to hurry up and leave because the place smelled like someone has been smoking cigarettes in there. And the smell was intense! I couldn't stay long enough to pay for gas. I think that's very sad to smoke in public place such as this!

I’ve been spending a nice chunk of money here over the last 3 years. To use the word Express in your name is pathetic. I would say you make little to no attempt to service your customers when you staff the place with one person at 4:30 pm on a weekday. Sadly waited in line for 20 minutes! Customer Service Failure.
