I've only been here twice and I plan to return! The medSpa is beautifully designed and there are many spa treatments available. The staff are very professional and friendly, they thoroughly explain the process before beginning treatments and make you feel very comfortable. Ms. Kay the owner is a delight and so we’re Madison and Carolyn.

Services are above perfection, I was a little apprehensive and Vicky my technician is unbelievable very knowledable, patient, beautiful on the inside and out. I had such a pleasant experience with Mrs. Kay and her staff. I was not very familiar with sho the services offered but after telling Mrs Kay what I wanted to achieve, she took the time out to go through ALL of my options. Ms. Kay and the entire staff are the best, hands down. There was a mix up on my appointment time but that was no problem at all. Ms. Kay and everyone else made sure to fit me in and took great care of me. I had my first microneedling session by Vicky. She knew I was nervous and went out of her way to make sure I was ok the whole time. She talked me through it and kept me calm. Thank you Luxe!! This place is a gem and I will be happy to drive from my home in Frisco anytime to see you guys again! Thank you for being so friendly and warm :)
