I had a very nice experience with CVS pharmacy! April or Amber took care of me with my prescription. She was very polite and helpful. I also got my flu shot from Derrick or Dennis. Sorry, bad with names. Both of them were going back and fourth. Working very hard. Someone that was waiting in line behind me starting to ask questions while I was being helped. April/Amber took care of me and helped that lady that was being impatient. There was also another lady walking around asking if we needed anything. She was nice. Did I have to wait a little longer than I would like... Yes, but the CVS Pharmacy team is working hard.

Only place that had instant appointment for Covid testing. I was referred from my job. Showed up early and got tested ready process fine on curbside and came up to my car.
I went to this location around 7 pm today Sunday 14/21. And the young female at the register acted as if she got upset because she had to stop to come help me. I was at the open window,& she called me to the one with the "next register " sign on it. She bluntly told me that my card was not going through, and that I could go to 7/11 and try it there!...?. All that with a certain tone and look on her face ......not a bit of costumer service skills there!.
Derrick was very nice and helpful in the front. Great person.
Went for an interview and got blasted for not being able to work on Sundays. The manager there said, and I quote, “I go to church and work on every Sunday...” this was after the fact I said that I could work every day except Sundays. She was very rude/condescending. If I was you, I would avoid applying to this place
They are never helpful in the pharmacy. I keep giving them chance after chance because I live in Red Oak but I will drive to Waxahachie from now on.

My Flu shot is covered by BCBS but CVS was telling me there was a block in system & offered a 25 shot so I went to Walgreens down the street with no issues..
