Alexa is very sweet. My mother & nephew upgraded their old iPhones to the iPhone 12’s. She took her time and explained everything. She even let us back in very close to closing time to trade in their old iPhones for value toward their new iPhones. So thank you Alexa!!!! My family is very pleased with your customer service & their new iPhone 12’s.
