This is one of my favorite spots in Red Oak. The Salted Caramel Cookies are always warm and delicious. The staff is always friendly and courteous. There are lots of young people working every time I go and they always go above and beyond with excellent customer service. The parking area is clean. I highly recommend the sweet potato waffle fries too.

Arby’s is great. My kids and I love Arby’s we were super excited when they finally built an Arby’s by our house. Great service and fast too.

Food doesn't look or taste good. Fries where good. Sandwich was smaller than picture the italian and roast beef and cheddar. Did not taste like real beef.

We love Arby's! It's sad that Waxahachie doesn't have one anymore so we rarely get to have it. Luckily we we're in Red Oak today and I remembered there was one on Ovilla Rd. As soon as we walked in it smelled like sewage. I hope they get that fixed soon. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very nice. I tried the Bacon Beef N' Cheddar which was great! I added some Spicy Three Pepper sauce which was more sweet than spicy but tasted good. Over all impressed with this location but again I hope they fix that smell!

Drive thr, super clean. Customer service is reflective in not just a cleaned drive thru, but in there ability to get that Cheddar Roast beef#15 right.
