If I could give them zeros stars, I absolutely would. They have been horrible to work with and have constantly gone back on what other representatives have said. I have spent 3 hours on the phone with them this week alone. Their representatives claim to add notes into your file and instruct you to call another department and either drop the call or give you the wrong number. Upon getting ahold of the correct department, they cannot see any notes or instructions. Ultimately, a massive waste of my time. Also, their prices are astronomical this year. 0/10 do not recommend.

We have tried to contact them for a propane refill 3 times this week with the same result. An hour of holding with no answer and never calling back. I have to update this. We have been trying to get ahold of someone YET AGAIN and can't even get anyone to answer or call us back. We were on hold for and hour and a half three, yes THREE TIMES and got hung up on. Does anyone even work there!? We can't get through online either because the link to customer service goes nowhere! How can they run a business like this!? We just want to cancel our service now and can't even do that. Worst gas company ever, not to mention just the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Take your money elsewhere so this company doesn't neglect you to the point of you losing money to them the way we have.
Routinely charge 2-3x more than competitors in the area. State it's because "they offer online bill pay." Know of several others who have had same issue of inflated prices.
Good initial price, however the company never returns phone calls or will show up when you've only requested a quote and bill you for a fill that you didn't order. Not impressed with their customer service.
