I ordered door dash and it stated that my food would be ready around 9:00PM-9:05PM. It was 9:05PM and the app still stated that food was being prepared. I went in at about 9:10PM to get my food because I did not get any updates and the food was COLD. Employees were chatting in the back and on their phones from what I saw. I don’t think I will be back to visit. The food would have been great if it wasn’t cold.

Very good food and fast service and friendly staff
I had my first experience at a Red Lobster. When me and my mother lived in North Carolina. And I must say that I loved everything that I ordered. And I like the fact that you now have your menu's with the calories included. Thank you and keep up the awesome work.
First of all, the cheddar biscuits are sublime, soft and very flavorful. I personally like the Admiral's Feast the best due to its variety (scallops, shrimp, fish, and clam strips). The other dishes are very good as well. I think most people would have a good experience.
Great service, place and the food is delicious.
