The food and service was amazing. There's plenty of parking spaces handicap accessible. Cozy for date night as well as family and children. Restrooms on sight. Highly recommend to others. Tara Blvd Southside. Friendly Staff.

I sent my husband to pick order I placed for Valentines dinner Saturday 2/13. Order was 65.00 for 2 dinners. My husband brought the food home and I ordered the Lobster Lovers Dream dinner. My pasta had no sauce, no garlic butter for the lobster. Called and complained, spoke to a manager and she stated I will send a gift card by email to replace my order. I never received the email for the gift card and my dinner was ruined. Never heard back from anyone and every time I call I get the run around. I Don’t recommend coming to this location because they don’t care.
Service was a little slow. The drinks weren't very strong and not worth the money spent, unfortunately. Came in at closing but wasn't rushed to order or eat though. We enjoyed our late night dinner overall.
I’ll be fair in prefacing this review with the fact that they were very busy. However, I think this is where management having the right systems in place could help tremendously. Firstly, there was the fact that online they talk about “Curbside Pickup” everywhere. Then when I get there, park in the designated spot, I call only to be told “you have to come inside”. In these times that’s a turn off for obvious reasons. Get inside and that small pickup room is packed, in a pandemic. This is where to me my logic says having the curbside pickup going would keep that traffic in there down. But what do I know? Secondly, the process of getting people out the door. It seems like you have to stay in their face to get your order, or they forget about you and you’d be there all night. Lastly, most people seemed to be waiting on bread. This is Red Lobster, and they know the bread is a hot commodity. Just seems crazy that they don’t have that being made all night long and that that’s the holdup.
February 11th in honor of my mothers birthday went to Lobster and had her favorite coconut shrimp which was good. Service was great
