Consistently fill orders incorrectly. When I called to try to get it fixed the last time the individual answering the phone didn't even listen to the issue and just tried to refill the same wrong order. After several times explaining the situation, her boss got on the phone and said her employee was hard of hearing and that I was being insensitive. Trying to blame me for her employee not being able to help me. Complete bad attitude from the supervisor from the first second on the phone.

The new pharmacist Amy is wonderful the team that she has has really stepped up and is making great progress, prescriptions are filled on time wait times are much shorter the issues this pharmacy had 8 months ago does not exist anymore they have really made a great turn around.
Friendly staff, they had everything I was looking for and I was able to use All of my coupons.
Freindly store and staff.
I’m definitely switching next time I see a doctor. A 20 minute wait just to see a cashier for prescriptions is normal and for one reason or another they never have it ready and don’t do anything to inform you of it. Instead you wait another 20 minutes for them to figure out how to use their own computer system.
