I love this store. My husband and I have gone here for years. The employees know their products and do not make it werid or uncomfortable. Went today and bought a new product. She explained on how to take care for it and the different ways it can be set up. And I asked for it to be bagged extra so it cant be seen. She offered to take it out and bag it in the smaller black bags then throw away the box for me. Since some people like to be discreet. I actually appreciated her offer because my private business. I will return. Prices are a little high for my tastes but for peace of mind and comfort, I'll pay it.

Came in with a *real* Illinois ID but got turned away because apparently my Illinois ID is “too thin” even though the hologram was valid. The associate also asked for my credit card and her only excuse for doing so was because of the thickness of my ID and that she was simply unfamiliar with this recent ID (I got my ID in 2019). She did not even check for the hologram on my ID which demonstrates her lack of observation and ability to accurately determine fake IDs from real ones. Also generally rude af, go to another store.

Vast majority of the products were cheap or novelty. The only quality brand they had for vibrating toys was We-Vibe and the one that we were looking for was out of stock (the moxie). Many of the other models they had were outdated as well.
