Really happy with Red Kite Cycles. First time I have used them and it was to fix an issue I had caused with my gears. They carried out a service and fixed my issues promptly and at a very reasonable cost. They were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. Seemed quite busy too, so other people must rate them highly also. I will definitely use them for all of my cycling needs from now on. Brilliant.

Very pleased with the team at Red Kite. I ordered a bike for my son and the whole process was very easy. Good communications from point of order through to delivery/pick up. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, I would recommend to others.
Service is second to none in Red Kite, proper, old fashioned, friendly, customer service. Definitely worth a visit, you'll get professional advice, but no 'pushy' sales tactics, I believe they want you to be 110% happy with your purchase, so you won't be lead in to buying something that's not right for you.
Purchased a Trek X-Caliber 7 as the Marlin 7 i had originally decided upon wasn’t available till next year. Friendly helpful advice over the phone, collected bike from store a few days later where bike was expertly setup to my size & weight. Overall excellent service.
