You could never find nicer, more honest business people! I have known and have done business with them for 21 years now and could not ask for better people! They are willing to accommodate you in any way that they possibly can. Anyone that would say different about either Elizabeth or Marty Willms have no idea what the are talking about.
Ken M As far as I'm concerned, Elizabeth Willms is a saint. Today, from Oregon, I had to coordinate the pick-up of the contents of my storage locker by a moving company plus have someone there to sign the appropriate paperwork. The gentleman who was supposed to sign the documents at the last minute could not make it. Only 3 people were authorized to sign the papers. Elizabeth had offered the morning of the pickup to help me out if needed. With 15 minutes left before the moving company was to leave the locker with my furniture, my other friend was too far away to be there in time. Now Elizabeth is my new best friend. She left an appointment and was there for me. Not once did she say, \ It's not my job to babysit your stuff\ but was there when I needed her. Gladly!!! The people at Red Hook Self Storage run a class operation. Signed, A very happy renter
these people are dirt bags ( Marty & Betsy Wilms) They befriend old people that are dying. so when they pass. that's how they get there money. Betsy is the most mean woman you will ever meet. As for Marty he will stab you in the back with no question. he is a coward. rather then confronting someone. they cower. don't so business here. look elsewhere. true dirt bags!
