I came across Koerner construction from an advertisement which stated although they build things they want to build relationships. Well this is exactly what they have begun to do with me. I had window trim around most of the windows of my house that needed either replacement or painting- not a huge job for construction firm. Yet they treated me like it mattered and with respect. Dale met me early in the morning before work for a look and estimate. He met me at a convenient time and kept his appointment promptly. He even befriended my barking dog! He put me on his schedule and they - 2-3 men- came when they said they would and did what they said they would. He was always available when i called or emailed to answer any questions i had. The pricing was what i expected it to be. I was very satisfied with Dale's firm and look forward to continuing my relationship with them!

They answer their phone! Are very prompt and on time! Great work, and they clean up! Like they were never there! No job too big or small!
