I frequent this DD and I'm sorry to say that lately I've been disappointed by a few aspects of the service. First, the lattes are hit or miss. Sometimes the milk is badly burnt, and quite often they are either extremely sweet, or completely bitter. The hash browns are A, and the iced coffee is always perfect.. I can't complain about that, nor do I want to complain at all.. But this last issue is a deal breaker. The donuts, the namesake of the business, always come FACE DOWN in the bag! I'm a Boston Creme lover, and 9/10 times the donut is face down, stuck like glue, to the bottom of the bag. Pictures below. Is this company policy? Does this prevent the donut from sliding around? Please help! The staff members are all very pleasant, and I enjoy my visits there. But my donut-ire boils over when I reach into that donut bag..
Maybe some day this DD will get the order rite. Not today. I have not once gone there and not had a problem. I don’t know maybe it’s to complex to understand “no “sugar” .
Teach your employees how to make hash browns and other cooked foods better! Hands down the worst Dunkin around!!!
Almost always have a great experience, and if they do mess up they are quick to fix it. The gentleman at the drive thru window in the morning is always very friendly and makes you feel good even just picking up a coffee
This Dunkin USUALLY gets your order right. That aside, they do not treat black customers well. One old white man there is rude and is always upset. I would not recommend. Over all it is very low frequency and bad vibes. Go through the drive through if you are not white.

I was in need an afternoon pick me up today and whomever made my coffee was magical. By far the best iced coffee I have had in months. 7/17/20. Thank you to whomever made my 3:40 coffee.
