This CVS is horrible. You will sit on hold for an hour, and even the manager doesn't pick up the phone. You simply cannot get through. Also, they messed up a prescription big time. Horrible.

Nice staff but management must be oblivious to how overworked the pharmacy crew is. Consistently long waits for prescriptions that were supposed to be ready the previous day. If there was another place to go, I’d be there but oh wait, there’s no more pharmacy competition! So, yeah this isn’t going to change. Welcome to the new, less charming, corporatization of retail health care. ‘Merica at its best — ironically more Soviet style in the lack of choice than ever before.
Rx was called in prior to their opening. I arrived 10 minutes after opening and was told it wasn't ready and to come back in 10 minutes. I can back 40 minutes later and it still wasn't ready. Was told to come back in 10 minutes. I insisted they fill it and was told the pharmacist was busy doing flu shots.
This place is horrible! They have an new girl at the counter at the pharmacy. I call her FROSTY, she is unprofessional, unsympathetic, completely lost. She treats the customer like it is their fault, for not having medications ready. A medication of mine that is seriously important and lethal stopping suddenly. She decided to twirl her hair and said, “um, I don’t know what to do, I guess I can put it thru for emergency fill. We are 4 days behind, and tons are waiting like that. I will try” Then one of techs who knew my wife and I came and fixed the situation Frost has to go! #getridoffrosty!
Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. I have never dealt with such rude judgemental people in my life. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
