Bottini has outstanding service, particularly related to annual service contracts. In the few occasions that we have run out of fuel, they send someone over immediately with an emergency portion at the least. They installed a wireless monitor a few seasons ago to prevent us from reaching empty. On the last visit, the service representative went the extra mile and took a look at our radiator to help us understand if it was being effected by the boiler performance.

The office staff is friendly, professional and worked with me to find and adjust propane fuel delivery dates. Brian reviewed my propane usage and increased delivery. Then he discussed oil rates and plans to give me a fair price and price protection. I decided to switch my oil to Bottini and a technician came to clean and maintain the furnace. Here's to a easy winter!!
Bottini Fuel has always given me excellent client service. I have had them install a furnace and they did a really good job. I was also very pleased when they installed my gas tank and when I had to move my tank to install better footing underneath, they came right out and provided a \pig tail\ so I could continue using my stove until the work was completed. I never knew about a \pig tail\ so I was happy that the serviceman suggested it. In short they are great to do business with and I sign up for the automatic fuel delivery each year so I have a peace of mind. Great business with great business practices!
What a great job Bottini Fuel's technicians did for me over the last 2 days. A monstrous job dissembling an old Newmac 3 way furnace, 80 gal water heater and an old oil tank had to be removed from my basement and replaced. No easy task. John, Dominick and Matt were the 3 technicians that I got to know but there were others who came to help dissemble and cart away the old items. As I stated NO easy task but it was approached with a professional and friendly manner. John, Dominick and Matt were here for 2 days and did an exemplary job. Everything was installed and left in an immaculate condition. Before leaving John made sure that he explained how everything worked and made sure I had all the paperwork necessary. Bravo to Bottini for having such an excellent group of technicians. From start with Vince who gave me the estimate, set up the installation to the last man who walk out the door it was a wonderful experience and Bottini has won a New customer.
I've been a customer since they the early 90's. The customer care is great and prices are competitive, but I gotta hand it to your drivers! For the past twenty five years they've been backing my dog-leg up hill drive way that's covered in mud/snow/ice for months out of the year. They never let me down!
