Waited over an hour and a half for food!!! Starter mixed combo was inedible the sauce had spilt all over the food from the container Food luke warm Husband got a total of 3 King prawns in his meal It was absolutely shocking! This was supposed to be a little valentine treat

A bit hit and miss here, I'm not a regular because quality is up and down but prices are high. I recommend the Katsu chicken curry, not exactly the hardest oriental dish to cook though.
Best I've had in a long time will use again just had another 28th November fantastic food and hot and tasty number one Chinese for me

Before I start this, I want to state that I get that things must be difficult in the current situation and I appreciate that it was a busy evening to be ordering. I placed an order for 5 of us (50) at 7:20 on just eat and the initial delivery time was 8pm which I did not expect them to make and it was promptly updated to 9pm which was more what I expected. 9pm came and went so I called at ten past to get an Eta on the food and was told that it would be another 50 minutes. I was disappointed but appreciated the situation and did not cancel my order. An hour passed and no food and no contact from red dragon. I called again only to be told that the food would be another 45 minutes. From the conversation I could hear it seemed like they hadn't even begun cooking the food. The order was cancelled at this point. I appreciate that things are difficult at the moment but a little communication would have helped no end here. Was really looking forward to trying the food here after reading the reviews but left severely dissapointed!
