Bit of a hidden gem but well worth seeking out! Saying you're 'going to play games in a basement' might play into a well worn trope in this hobby, but the fact is that Red Dice Games is a friendly and welcoming space with a great games library and good range of stock. There's not a huge choice of refreshment in the space itself but there's an excellent cafe upstairs. Stuart is happy to recommend and advise on any games in the library if you're feeling a bit lost, and he's also got running a wide range of regular gaming events/club nights. Recommended.

Not spent much time here yet, but it seems like a nice place. Staff are friendly and helpful, and there is tonnes of gaming space, with tables with raised edges (a massively useful addition). They have a lot of board games too, but I've been only playing Necromunda thus far (they have their own terrain for war gaming!)

Great gaming venue, nice big tables, excellent game library, also sells some models and snacks and drinks for very reasonable prices. It's in the basement below a venue \spilt milk\, so look for that on the main road. :-)

Absolute Dice

As a company we've dealt with Red Dice games for the last few years and always found them to be extremely professional and friendly. They offer a really nice space for gamers to meet up and it seems to be a very popular place for families too. An all round great place to play !!
