We took took our 5th wheel rv to them to align the axles and check it out. Long story short they put a wrong part in and we broke a spring that caused damage. Our unit had to be towed and fixed for another 3000. After contacting them they are not prepared to stand behind their work. In response to the owner of this business we did not expect you to reengineer our unit just to make it safe. We did not see the shackles that were replaced originally by you so cannot comment on the factory putting them in. As discussed this was bought second hand . It is funny that Guarantee RV figured out that the shackles were wrong and you could not. They checked with both the manufacturer of the suspension for the RV and with one of Calgary's top suspension companies and they came back with the fact the shackles where to large for the unit. Guarantee RV tested the unit and changed them and stated that the shackles that were installed by you likely caused the problem as per the report sent to you.
