Friendly staff. great service
Super friendly staff that knew the products I was buying really well and could answer questions about them. Showroom is relatively small, so look at their website before you go so that you know what you're buying. Website could be improved. If you search for "philips electronic ballast" (no quotes) you get CFLs. If you search for "philips ballast" you get metal halide bulbs for the first two pages, other types of bulbs on the next few pages, out-of-stock ballasts on pages 9 and 14, and finally actual in-stock ballasts on page 20. Searching for "philips t8 ballast" is effective. Also mildly annoying is website prices are different from store prices, although that's typical for the industry. My four star rating is an average of five stars for the store staff and three stars for the website.
Fantastic service and product selection!
Clean, friendly customer service. Not all staff are very knowledgeable which is a bit irritating but they work through it and find what you need... If they have it in stock of course.
