Nice area/location, the apartment suites are fairly decent for adult only building. Underground parking is heated and secure. The only reason why I rate this location 4 stars is because of lack of wheelchair accessibility. Otherwise the location is excellent.

Waskasoo Manor is under new management. These managers are working very hard to make it a nice place to call home. There have been people living here for up to nineteen years, with many long term residents.
