Talked to multiple people this company, and everyone had done a wonderful job of answering all my questions through the setup process. Looking forward to continuing to work together.

When COVID19 hit we took a step back to see how Visual Connect could be used for an emergency message to our patients. As we moved through this challenge, communication across the team became an issue. Visual-Eyes was there every time we had a question or a problem. They were quick to work with us if it meant using a different report or system or creating something a little different. Thank Visual-Eyes for listening and providing real solutions.

Great software. Great service. I've used Visual-Eyes for 4 years now and it always performs. If for some reason it doesn't, tech support has it fixed quick.

Very happy with our switch to Visual-Eyes and the increase in efficiency we've seen as a result. All of their staff are super helpful. Additionally, the team always seems to be working on something new to and improved. Updates have gone smoothly.

I’m very disappointed with Visual-Eyes. Their update for Visual-Eyes broke my client’s software and put them down for the day. I worked with Robert and he told me that the issue was all on my end. I increased the memory and cores on the virtual machine because he told me that the specs weren’t strong enough for the update, “slowing everything down, the server can’t handle it”. After testing and confirming that this was not the issue, his closed-minded responses kept my client and myself fighting with an issue we had no control over. How can you fix an issue when someone doesn’t want to help or work with you? After the 3rd hour of not hearing back from Robert, I called the support line and we got another tech named Joel who was a lot more understandable. Joel determined that the issue with the update was that the database was not being created. He re-created the Database and pointed the queries where they needed to be, and the issue was resolved! Nothing to do with what I was told. The whole “It’s your fault not ours” BS costed the client a day of down time. Not professional all. Would not recommend.
