Very tidy store. Lots of selection on a lot of different types of kids toys. Visually attractive and exciting. Friendly staff asking if I found everything and wishing me a nice day. Covid aisle markings on floor are very confusing.

I bought 200 worth of toys online for Christmas presents. All were good except one. A Blues Clues and You figure package. When I got it the packaging was broken, there was a clump of blonde hair inside the packaging. The toys looked like they were played with. On the bottom of the box the barcode had a black line through it. If you can, purchase in store or curbside pick up and not online. Worst experience I’ve had.

Got treated aggressively by a male employee on October 25th/ 2020 around 3-4pm. I was in the bike/ sports section. I bounced the ball once not knowing my girlfriend just got in trouble once already. He then used a aggressive tone saying "really I just told her not to and you do it how mature" like is that how you treat customers in a kid store. Then when I went to find a manager I couldn't find one. I use to work at a toys r us in regina,sk. I almost hit him for the tone he used.

Recently called the customer service and asked if they sold a certain item. A young female worker answered. I asked if they sold the item and her response was... "ummm, we probably do. Not too sure. Not sure we have any but, not sure". Is it not your job to know what items the store sells? If you are unsure if the store sells that item should you not go and ask someone who can help answer my question. I did not call and ask for a helpless answer like that. Disappointed with the help I received from the young lady answering the phone...

Amazing customer service every time I've come here! The staff is very polite and always willing to help you. I would much rather prefer to shop here in Red Deer than in Calgary!

I find it's not as good as it was 20, 30 years ago. But my 3 year old daughter loves it here. One thing that is odd is that in the Switch display case, the obscure video games are at eye level, whereas the most popular ones like Mario, Sonic, Zelda, etc are displayed near the bottom. I do like how secluded the bathrooms are here.

The Red Deer toys R us might be one of the decent places to come and visit the Bower Mall. Other than coming in for more clothes, jewels, and of course.....Shoes! But the best part of the mall is Toys R Us for all ages to come and visit and shop there own desire of the toy they seek the most. At first I thought we were going to lose this place due by the bankrupt news that the U.S did a while back. But thankfully this great store is here to stay for many years to come and will be happy to shop here and to collect any toys that seem fit into my collection. My review of this place is nice, loads of stuff to buy, plenty of helpers around and most importantly. They know how to cheer kids up on a bad day, so best be coming down to get your Hot wheels, Transformers, video games, whatever your hearts desire the most
