I usually just order my phone online but I broke my phone on Friday and no longer could use it and needed a new one asap so I went in-store to get it. Staff was very friendly and helpful (I believe Reeven was the one who helped me?), I left with a lower cell phone bill than before and a way better data plan. Easy 5 stars.

Savanna was amazing! I had issues with the Bower Mall location, so thankfully the phone I was looking for was in Parkland. 10/10 everything for Savanna. I’ve never had such great customer service, and she went above and beyond expectations. I will always recommend everyone to go there instead.

Reicheil was great but I'm finding this bring it back thing is disguising what we are actually paying for the phone by rear-ending the payment...like a lease. The phone I'm getting is 17 permonth with a 300 bring back option which means if I keep the phone for 2yrs it wI(( cost double. The buy back is more than the financed payment so it actually coastc34 dollars a month. My limit was 25. I find this dishonest by Tells and something that should be pointed out at sale. Kudos to the phone experts Tells made me feel horrible talking to me in the hallway
