After going to a PT who I believe just saw me as a cash cow I was told about Stride by my co-workers. That’s where I met Julia. Julia has blown my mind and changed my life! She corrected a misdiagnosis, she explains what we are doing and why in great detail (which I really appreciate), she gave me straightforward direction, she just knows what she is talking about. She is truly fantastic and I highly, highly recommend!!!

Cheyanne is amazing and very knowledgeable. She makes you feel extremely comfortable and helps your body feel normal again. I am a dance instructor and know the importance of keeping your body working without pain. Some of my students have also gone to her. I highly recommend Cheyanne.

So happy I found stride! The team is so unique- for instance, every time I walk in they know my name. The gals that help settle me into a room, always remember simple thing: blanket, heating pad, and I’m 100% comfortable waiting for the PT. The customer service that stride brings forward, as a physio company, is undeniable the best experience I’ve ever had. The owners Blake and Jen , stay heavily involved in the community whether its volunteering at outdoor events, or hanging local artists art in their rooms. They show their love in the community and with their clients!
