I love going to this store. I use the post office often here and every time it’s a pleasant experience and the girl that’s always working there is amazing! She definitely goes above and beyond. They are always cheerful and happy despite what is going on. There’s also lots of cute and unusual gifts that I love here and it is my go to place. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that some prices are a little on the steeper side.

Don't waste your money at this location. The manager and especially the ignorant employees that are rude. They need some training in manners and ethics. Please shop anywhere else. They deserve to be outta business. If I could give them no stars i would. Most negative experience you'll have!
This store is lovely and the staff are so nice anytime I come in. It makes me sad that all of you are to jump to conclusions about what happened here. I just think it needs addressing that like she had paid for her products and was simply just encouraged that she needs to wear one in the future because that is the stores policy BEFORE she started to record. And she caused a scene and got a reaction and that is is not any of their fault that that’s the policy when it is simply just their job to address it and they didn’t chose that Also! you can hear her say “please don’t record me” in the video the customer had. You can search this up too if you’d like.. “An individual could be ordered to pay damages in a civil lawsuit against them or might even face jail time or a hefty fine. So, if someone recorded you without your consent, it is considered a gross infringement on your privacy, and you can initiate a lawsuit against them”
They discriminate against people who cant wear masks, and then when they try to make a complaint, they laugh at them. Tanisha should be let go for her disrespect, and complete discrimination against people with disabilities, if not charged for discrimination. Disgusting behavior from the staff. Whoever is monitoring their online presence should be fired. I've never seen such disrespect by an employee. Disgraceful.
