Went to exchange some tunnels/plugs and the lady was very rude. When purchasing them multiple employees said it was totally fine to bring them back if they end up not being the correct size. Well, the ones i bought ended up not fitting anymore. (No i did not up sizes they were just heavier than my usual so they made them bigger and started falling out a lot) Brought my receipt and original packaging. Woman working there said no. we can’t do that. So i asked where on the receipt it says you’re not aloud to and how every spencer’s i’ve been to say it’s okay to? Lady ended up doing it anyways because she couldn’t explain any of that. After waiting for 30mins for an exchange (I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE) she kept saying this is the last time you can do this. At this point i’m frustrated because like how do you figure??? FINALLY AFTER 20 MINS OF TYPING ON HER COMPUTER i was able to grab them. But once it came to the receipt she asked for my phone number. i have never left a number for something like this, i made it very clear how uncomfortable this makes me because i don’t like just handing out my number to just anyone. After finaaallyyy leaving i look at my receipt she crossed out almost everything and wrote “FINAL EXCHANGES” Like how unprofessional and going against policy?! Scanned my new receipt carefully and once again no where on it says NO REFUNDS . EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD .

Horrible customer service, never felt so disrespected. First they got mad at me and my boyfriend for not wearing a mask, when there wasn't a person there to give us one and the masks were hidden in the shelves. I didn't happen to notice a sign that said they were mandatory maybe we missed it, I don't know. Then we were walking around the store and stopped to look at the bongs, then the lady snarled at us saying we needed ID to purchase. Understandable, but there was no reason for her to be SO rude to us. Yes, we both look very young but are in our early twenties. Even if it was a minor there's 0 excuse to treat any customer so poorly. Then she made a comment that she hated that the bongs weren't locked up, then gave us a look as if she was worried we were going to steal.. with her and another employee right beside us! Then my boyfriend picked up a bong cleaner (with the intension to PURCHASE it) and the same grumpy old employee yelled at him for shaking it as they would not have been able to sell it after. So I sat and read the entire bottle and nowhere did it say it must be used after mixing. After that we just left. Had she said any of those things in a polite tone of voice and didn't treat us like criminals I wouldn't have been so upset. But I will not be returning to that location.
Absolutely love this store, always have amazing deals and the staff are amazing.

My stepson and I were refused entry because we were not wearing masks. Okay, so we go get some disposable ones and come back because he really wanted to look around in the store. While we are there with our masks on, a lady walks in with no mask and not a single employee says a word to her about it. Felt quite discriminatory to me. I won't be back.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Tell one person they have to wear a mask, but let another person in without one?!? Shame on you guys. Used to go there all the time. Never again!!!
