Greetings fellow review reader! I just want to start by saying that in my travels I have been to many Cycle shops from Colorado to Saskatoon to Hawaii. One shop stands out from them all and I wish all my business could be from this shop. Savy Cycle rules! Rod is a stand up guy to deal with. Whenever I am in Central Alberta and am looking for something bike related I go to Savy Cycle. His knowledge and helpfulness is second to none. I recommend his shop for anything and everything you need Cycle wise.

Awesome little shop. Was in need of a tube for my fat tired e-bike, quick call, he had it in stock, drove in with the wheel & tire, (& I think he sensed I was a klutz), & proceeded to install it for me. On paying he just charged for the part, & wouldn't charge for his time. That's the way to get a customer back in your door!! Thanks

We brought our bike to him months ago. He still has it, and we don’t know if he’s even done anything on it. He hasn’t responded to our messages, and we are most likely going to head to his shop and see if anything’s even happened.

Unreliable. Said he could do the job in less than a week, called twice after a week.. said would be done the next day.. called him again and he said he will be working on it that night.. been over 2 weeks.. went to his shop and didn't even start working on it.. Took my rims and hubs, I should have just done the job myself. That's what I get for trying to encourage small business. If you don't have the time or don't wanna do a job just say it instead of wasting people's time.

We have bought 4 bikes from Rod and bike rack and have never been disappointed with any of his recommendations of product. Always give you a honest answer. Prices are reasonable. You get what you pay for. If you want cheap don't go here. If you want good go no where else. He will fix you up and be there to service it after the fact.
