I will never use any other company after my experience with Rt heating. I had used previous company’s before but they were unable to fix the system they installed at my rental. I gave Rt heating and the receptionist Janelle was the most amazing first contact of this business. Better keep her there very helpful and understanding. The service guys were professional and very knowledgeable when I was asking questions. This company is awesome to work with all your hot and cool needs. Thank you to an awesome team

Flexible, fast response and excellent service. I had a 45,000 btu gas garage furnace installed. Matt and Clinton we’re friendly, polite, knowledgeable and contentious. I had RT continue work that another contractor started but didn’t finish and the work was done perfectly. My only regret is I didn’t call them first.
In the middle of a major basement renovation on a rental property, I decided to have our old furnace and cold air return ducting assessed. RT responded quickly and had 2 techs (Nelson and Al) do the first assessment. They were very cooperative. After the furnace inspection and planning of duct work and exhaust went so well, I decided to replace the furnace. Within a week Nelson , Derek and Jesse were able to return to install all duct work improvements as well as install my new furnace. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and willingness to work with me in routing of the cold air and duct work. (Limited joist spaces in my basement). As well they answered all my questions in regards to plumbing, venting, etc. As well I was extremely impressed with the quoting system, booking of the job and payment. Very easy to understand and deal with on the computer. Great job guys! Look forward to dealing with you again on my next renovation project.
Tom and his team should be proud of the work they do. Not just because the work is always top notch and done right the first time. But because of how quickly they respond, their time and attention to detail and the level of customer service they deliver. We found out about them via a referral and have made countless referrals to them because of our experiences. Whether it’s plumbing or heating, Tom and his team will take GREAT care of you and your home.
I had been looking around online for Air Conditioning for a while and RT Heating & Air Conditioning was recommend by a ton of Facebook users so I decided to speak with Tom the owner, he was super prompt and helpful to respond and get us booked in before the summer heat started. The technicians were Nelson and Al, I mostly spoke with Nelson, he is so kind, friendly, knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions! The install was done very nicely! They were great techs to have in our home. I also have to say I was very impressed with Tom answering my questions, before and after the install. Very helpful and the company was very nice to work with! I find this was a very reasonably priced install and so far we are very happy! I would recommend RT Heating & Air Conditioning.
