Roadata is my favourite permitting company. Their new Rita system is so awesome and easy. You can apply for permits in minutes just by using their app. If anything is needed they will call you. Most of my permits are back to me within half hour.

Had to call 4 times to get one permit correctly Representatives talk like they know very little about their work. Every single question you ask, call goes on hold for several minutes
Bailey is a nightmare. Avoid her service as she's not mentally stable
On the phone with them for over an hour, still don't have a permit. Will consider doing illegal stuff before dealing with these clowns again
