My experience with Remco was great. I was given a lot of information and options. I was given time to think about things and no pressure. I was also given an opportunity to buy discontinued and 1 of a kind stones and that was great for me. I will go back and do recommend this company.

My wife contacted them to make an appointment for a month in advance (we are from out of town) and was told they don't make weekend or after hours appointments and was frankly given a fairly rude response via email, (which I'm sure anyone dealing with making arrangements for a deceased relative is prepared to be dealing with) every local competitor was willing to make arrangements to meet regardless if it was outside usual hours and was very forthright with providing catalogues and pricing. If this is the level of service they provide when at the trying to make the sale, I can't imagine the mess they'll do of installation.
