Good service. , five months ago purchased online kerosene heater but couple weeks ago it stopped working. Tried to call local store and customer service , but didn't got any helpful information. Then try to call main office in Winnipeg. Spoke with guy who suggested to bring heater in local store , and order another one , also he confirmed then if any issues with local store , he will call them too just help do return. Because all those cheaper heaters was sold out, I ordered again more expensive one with discount online. Heater arrived totally destroyed!!. And in Alberta -35!. I was really disappointed!!! So I called again main office and reached the same guy what I spoke before!!He did right away refund, and shipped another one with discount. I received my new heater in 3 days. So far new heater works great and looks like really good quality!. Big Thanks to the person from Winnipeg, unfortunately can't remember his name. Definitely 5 stars for service and 5 stars for product, even know I had a problems. I had good experience with Princess auto , but now it will be first store what I will visit if I need something else. Highly recommend

Have shopped for automotive supplies at Princess Auto, going back to their old location. The new facility is awesome, lots of selections for auto, shop, and tools. You can even have a coffee while you shop. I mostly purchase car parts accessories such as zip ties, inline fuses, tap-a-fuse, ring terminals, heat shrink, etc. Alsways at a good low price.
Good staff here. I bought a light bar that I had about a year and it suddenly quit on me. It had virtually no light. These guys refunded the full price no questions asked. Fantastic people, managers good to honour that.

The lady that worked the floor thought I was casing the joint snapping pictures of the aisles, like if your worried about theft, I dont know why, everything here is so cheap, stealing wouldnt even be worth the effort lol. The selection in this store is so random, its hard to say what youll find here, so I thought I would take some pictures to help people looking online.
