I really like this chain but this time my pizza was a bit over cooked and there was lots of cheese on one side but not lots on the other. The pizza was still really good and it was fast. My final gripe about this is that they charge way too much for their gluten free. It's 5 extra just for a gluten free.

Was hungry for pizza last week when I wrapped up work for the day. Stopped by Pannizza. Ordered a ham and pineapple. Few minutes later had my pizza. Really enjoyed Dropped by a few days later to enjoy another three days later. Excellent service
Excellent service. I had meetings most of the day and was very hungry. My last meeting was at the mall. They were so awesome and made me a pizza to suit my dietary needs. Definetly going to give them more of my business.
We love stopping here! Usually go on Saturday's when the Pineapple & Bacon pizza is on special. Fast pizza made right in front of you and isn't greasy like others. This pizza won't make you feel gross afterwards.
At lunchtime on a Saturday, our meal of a sandwich and a small pizza took about 10-12 minutes instead of the advertised 2 minutes. If there had been a line this place would have been in trouble. The food quality is good but some of the ingredients did look quite low quality. The potential is there for this place once they speed up service and teach staff the recipes. It was quite clear they were still learning.
Love this place! Cowboy poutine is my absolute favorite and my kids love the pizza. Every time we are in bower mall they want to go. It's amazing that they are so affordable.
Cowboy poutine is the best along their pizzas. Reasonable prices and excellent service. I love going there for lunch and Scott makes sure you are happy with your order, I will definitely keep going there. Thank you guys
