On Side to the rescue! For a second time in the last few years I brought in On Side to address a water leak in my basement. They have a great team of employees who planned & structured the restoration in conjunction with some extra work that flowed from the original water damage. Besides doing very good professional work, they exhibit a team spirit that makes working with them a pleasant experience even with an unforeseen, unpleasant event. Great work guys & gals. We had a water leak into our basement in February, Brendan arranged a crew to be in the following morning and damaged material was removed and drying process started. Then the province shut down due to Covid. We delayed the completion of the process until last week and finally completed it. The guys were professional and courteous and the work was excellent. Special thanks to Melanie for bending over backwards to do some re-scheduling so project was completed on time. This is a great company and would highly recommend them for any restoration work.
I can't say enough good things about these guys and their kindness. I was stranded in my stalled car in a flooded area outside of their building last night. They did not hesitate to walk through water over their knees to come and push me out. It takes special kind of people to help like that. Hearts of gold. I think that must also speak to the work they do for their customers. I cannot wait to repay the favor with any business I can give to them or send their way.
My husband and I had suffered from a sewer back up this winter. The staff at On Side Restoration were really great with helping us through this situation. They really cared about our personal belongings and took pride in their work. The response time was fast and the Project Manager took the time to explain the insurance process to us (this was our first ever insurance claim). We were surprised that we could use On Side for our repairs as well. They did an excellent job putting our home back together in a timely manner. What I liked about them the most, is that they answered ours questions honestly and quickly. We understand that we are not the only customer they have, but they really made us feel like we were the only ones. Thank you On Side staff for all your help.
