Of the 4 or 5 places in town I've brought my truck in for an alignment, these guys got it done the fastest. Also the only place that has given a before & after printout of your alignment specs . So you can actually see what they've done to fix your alignment. All that and still the cheapest price I've found for my leveled ram 1500 Top Shelf.

Excellent service this evening at around 4:45pm. Didn’t catch the guys name (might be Andrew, that’s who it says as the advisor on my receipt) that helped me out but I walked in with a tire that needed repair. He knew exactly what I needed done, didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need or want and got right to it. 25 minutes later walked out with a perfectly repaired tire and the lovely screw that punctured it. Very reasonable price and extremely good service that I appreciate. Will definitely go to this location again and I highly recommend.
They took care of me in quick fashion when buying and mounting my summer tires on separate rims, and when I returned the next day for a different issue with my winter tires they got me in and fixed the issue immediately
The best customer service I have received from a tire/mechanic shop in Red Deer at OK Tire. I hate visiting mechanic shops, and I'm the least loyal tire buyer you can find - but these guys deserve your respect and a shot at your business. I had a leaking tire. I called every single tire shop in town, no one would take the 20 minutes out to fix it. Last call before I gave up - sure, bring it in. They told me they would get to it that day, and after a few hours I checked in. Still not done. I was ready to go home and try another day. They jumped on it. 30 minutes later the leaky bead was fixed, and it was done for free for making me wait. This. Is. Service. Just when you figure Customer Service is a lost art, they provide at OK Tire. I'm bringing in a different vehicle next week for service. Outstanding work guys! Thank You.
