Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Great rates and fantastic rooms with large bathrooms and large bathtubs. Very clean environment.. I would recommend a stay at Motel 6 anytime you travel through, or staying in Red Deer Alberta.

We haven't stayed at too many Motel 6's as we usually want more than the chain provides. However, this particular motel was extremely clean and well run. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Had great Covid-19 protocols. The staff found a handicap room with a large bathroom with handi bars . As we were in Red Deer wrapping up some lose ends we just needed something basic.

Terribly rude and aggressive manager/front desk employee. I had to call the police because he kept harrassing me, threatening me, and finally at one point tried to force his way into my room ! The worst experience I've ever had at a hotel in my life ! I will NEVER stay here again !
The hotel was clean and quiet... and finding a Bible inside our room amazed me :-)
I won’t stay here again. I have never wrote a review establishing my negativity of this hotel. First, I couldn’t change the temp in the room. The clerk could as well. I feel this was his first day. So we froze. There is a super thin. The comfortable (of that is what you called it) was super slim. So the clerk brought us more blanks. The next thing was the phone kept blinking message. There was no message. He tried to delete the light and couldn’t. So he just unplugged the phone. Lastly, there is no continental breakfast. They called it a grab and run, according to the day clerk. Cereal, toast and muffin. No hot water for tea. Coffee in lobby. Disappointed and won’t stay here again. Sorry.
The room was great however when I checked in the front desk clerk had a runny nose, used a tissue and continued handling my room card and credit card. He wasn't wearing a mask which with the COVID Vìrus going strong was a bit worrisome. Night clerk was not friendly!!!
Every thing was as expected however the front disk men staff need to be much more smiling & welcoming.
