I will not return to Dr. Monaghan's practice solely because of the receptionist. While Dr. Monaghan was excellent, the receptionist however, had a piss-poor attitude and her behaviour spoke louder to me than the interaction with the Dr. Monaghan- despite even being given great results.

I can honestly say this doctor was very polite and sociable to talk to. But... He absolutely offered no help whatsoever to my problem with tinnitus. He didn't even recommend I google all the possible solutions. He just kept repeating himself \you don't have a tumor\. The condition of tinnitus has a wealth of resources and information about it. He would not acknowledge any of it. I will not be returning to his office again.
I am so glad to be referred to Dr. Monaghan about my ear infection . He was so professional and informative about my condition. I’m also glad that Kim addressed the urgency of my condition to be seen by the doctor. Now, I feel so much better. And I would highly recommend this clinic for all your ear,nose, throat problems.
I chose to go to his office in Red Deer (from Strathmore, a two hour drive) so I could get in faster as I had been waiting to see a specialist for almost two years now. Dr. Monaghan was very brief and I felt rushed. However, we did touch base again and he mentioned a few things to look into.
Very abrupt wouldn't properly answer questions, the audiolagist told me more then he did.
